Jon Cryer says Sheen's "Men" end will be funny

(CBS) Last week TMZ reported Charlie Harper - the character played by Charlie Sheen on "Two and Half Men" - would die by getting pushed in front of a speeding train while in Paris.

Sheen told TMZ Wednesday he was honored to die in such a fashion.

Jon Cryer, Sheen's co-star for eight seasons, wouldn't give up any details, but according to Reuters, said, "I can tell you this, it's funny." He didn't confirm that Sheen's character dies but said the storyline isn't grisly.

Sheen was fired from "Two and a Half Men" in March after hospital stays and ranting publicly about his problems with series creator Chuck Lorre. He's been replaced by Ashton Kutcher. The first episode with the new cast will air Sept. 19.
