Johnny Galecki of "Big Bang": Loveable Nerd

The cast members of "The Big Bang Theory" have become sort of the rock stars of sitcoms.

Johnny Galecki, who leads the ensemble of America's coolest nerds, stopped by "The Early Show" to chat with co-anchor Erica Hill to talk about the show's success.

He's also taken on a new, un-nerd-like endeavor -- a very different big-screen role with Justin Timberlake.

"The Big Bang Theory" is doing so well it being moved to Thursday nights and has been picked us up for three seasons at once, which doesn't happen very often.

"It's really beyond a dream come true," Galecki remarked to Hill.

Besides the clever comedy and great on-screen chemistry, fans are staying tuned in to see if Galecki (Leonard) and Penny (Kelly Cuoco) will get back together. (The two were also romantically involved offscreen, but have since split)

But in the meantime, his character will pursue other love interests.

Who would Galecki want to play his new one?!:
