(CBS) - A 61-year-old man from Yonkers, N.Y. allegedly told an Air France ticket agent at JFK Airport Friday night "My name is bin Laden, and I have a bomb in my bag," according to a report.

According to police, it started at 10:20 p.m. when Christian Boncorps showed up to the Air France ticket counter visibly drunk. The clerk routinely asked what he had in his bag, which spurred Boncorps to respond with his comment about the now-dead Osama bin Laden, the Post reports.

The agent escorted Boncorps to a TSA screening site, instead of calling Port Authority police, according to the paper.

It then took security screeners 40 minutes to report the threat to police, and by that time the man's luggage was already aboard a Paris-bound plane, law enforcement told the New York Post.

A TSA spokesperson said they are now reviewing the incident.

Boncorps was charged with filing a false report. He ended up pleading guilty to disorderly conduct at his arraignment, a violation for which he paid a $250 fine, the paper reports.
