JFK Jr.'s Will Made Public
The main beneficiaries of John F. Kennedy Jr.'s will are his sister Caroline's three children - Rose, 10, Tatiana, 9, and John, 6.
Kennedy's will was filed Friday in a Manhattan court. It indicates he left his personal property to his sister's children, who will also receive monetary bequests from a trust Kennedy established in 1983.
The will does not state the value of Kennedy's estate but says it's worth more than $1 million. Kennedy's net worth has been estimated as ranging from $30 to $100 million.
Kennedy also left money to charities and institutions, including a New York organization for the mentally disabled, and the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library Foundation in Boston.
His personal belongings would have gone to his wife, Caroline Bessette-Kennedy, if she had outlived him.
The only personal belonging mentioned in particular in the will is a treasured scrimshaw set - carvings made from whale bone - which Kennedy left to his nephew. The set had belonged to President Kennedy.
The executor of the estate is Kennedy's cousin, Timothy Shriver.
Kennedy, his wife and sister-in law were killed in plane crash in July.
