Jessie Lunderby's Future in Law Enforcement Unclear, Future in Nudity Promising
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (CBS/AP) Jessie Lunderby, the Arkansas prison guard who caused a stir last month when she was suspended from her job for posing nude for Playboy, still hasn't been told how she will be reprimanded for her photo shoot.

But she probably isn't helping her cause by planning to appear at the Exxxtasy 2010 convention this month.
The Washington County Sheriff's Department says that Lunderby violated official policy, but it hasn't decided what kind of reprimand Lunderby will receive.
Sheriff Helder says he's not convinced of Lunderby's dedication to the job.
"Based on her recent actions, it appears that we're the least of her concerns," he said. "I think that's part of what we found to be a conduct violation."
Lunderby is slated to appear at the Exxxtasy 2010 convention in Chicago this month as part of the "Hottest Scandals of 2010 Tour" according to her L.A.-based talent agent Gina Rodriguez of DD Entertainment.
Sheriff Tim Helder said Friday that the department has looked into whether Lunderby violated department policy when she posed for the sexy pics, and have passed their findings to an attorney.
"We handed our investigation over to an attorney who will look at what we've done and make sure that whatever we decide is defendable in the event that there's litigation down the road," Helder said.
Apparently the department is trying to cover itself a little more effectively than Lunderby did.
Lunderby has been on paid administrative leave since June 20. Rodriguez said Lunderby has expressed a desire to keep her job at the jail while continuing a career as a nude model.
