Her mother told Los Angeles station KTLA that Jessie had been chatting with a man she met on the internet on the night she went missing.

Investigators traced the number of the person to a phone number in Chicago. According to KTLA, police believe the man may be a child predator.
"I don't know who he is," the mother told KTLA. "He claims that he doesn't have her, but I don't believe it."
Jessie is 5-feet 2-inches and 120 pounds with green eyes and brown shoulder-length hair.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call the Hesperia Police Department at (760) 947-1500.
