Jessa (Duggar) Seewald talks about naming her baby

It's not easy to give birth to a baby that's nearly 10 pounds -- just ask Jessa (Duggar) Seewald.

The reality star also says it isn't easy to pick a good name for a baby, either.

Jessa, 23, and husband Ben Seewald, 20, welcomed their child on Thursday after an at-home delivery that took nearly 48 hours.

Now, Jessa is still ruminating on what to name the child. "We want to give him a strong name, with a lot of meaning," she told People.

Jessa, who kept fans guessing about her baby's sex during her pregnancy, also asked her fans if they had any ideas for baby names: More than 100,000 people offered names.

She said she prefers names "of heroes from the Christian faith," and added that she won't follow a "letter theme" like her family did, giving all of the children "J" names.

Ben also said it's not easy to make such a big decision.

"He is going to have this name for the rest of his life," said the new father.

"It's been really cool to meet him, look at his face and match a name to who he is," Jessa added. "It is going to be very special. A lot of thought has gone into it."
