PHILADELPHIA (CBS/AP) Exposed wires ran from the trunk into the dashboard of an abandoned car as Philadelphia police cautiously approached a bullet-riddled vehicle Friday.

It looked like a scene from the Academy Award-winning movie The Hurt Locker, and it was - a scene from a different movie, that is.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports police stopped Friday morning in the Old City neighborhood when they came across the car, which was shattered by bullet holes, with the side windows shot out. But before they could call in the bomb squad, a security guard told them it was a prop for a film.

After shooting in recent weeks, the thriller "Safe" starring English actor Jason Statham wrapped in Philadelphia Thursday night.
