Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency

Janice was on a surprise night and I was there to document all the good stuff that happened. I love Janice and I wish the show was on every night of the week!

Linea Pelle, an upscale belt line and accessory line (Ethan has one of their belts, they are great), comes in to cast for its next ad campaign. Father and daughter team both come in to cast males and females. Donna immediately takes to TJ and picks him for the shoot while they pick Stina and a few other girls to join the campaign.

But not before they get the girls half naked to see how the belts will look on them. It wouldn't be a Janice episode without some nudity, and there is much more to come. The problem comes when the father picks controversial model Fargo. (Janice hated her at first saying she was too Maxim magazine.) Donna, the daughter, hates her and almost gets into a screaming match with her father in front of everyone — can you say unprofessional people? More on this drama later — it's gets so good. Let me say it again, I love Janice!

It's time for Janice to shoot the models again and to beef up their portfolio, so you know what that means: nudity! As much as I understand that modeling sometimes requires nudity, especially in high fashion, it seems to be a bit much on this show and a little unnecessary.

We saw all these models naked during casting already. With the constant attitude, Marcus is already getting on Janice's nerves. He mocks her while she is talking and doesn't seem to listen at all. This guy spends most of his time on the shoot acting liked a cocky high school boy. He needs to grow up. Always one to surprise, Janice brings in a python and tarantula for the models to pose with.

Marcus, of course, has a hissy fit, saying he won't pose with the snake. Janice promptly says that if he won't do it then he is fired. With an ego like Marcus there is no way he could take being fired, especially on national TV, so he gives in and poses with that snake — was it really that hard? The best drama comes when female model Jordan gets ready to take her shots.

Janice noticed a couple episodes ago that Jordan was a little big in the butt and, as we all know, in modeling you need to be skinny. Janice never lets us or her girls forget that. In fact, during the Linea Pelle casting Donna the daughter from the company comments that one of Janice's models is too skinny and Janice says it's not possible to be a model and be too skinny. Janice tells Jordan she needs to lose weight and Peter, Janice's business partner, walks by and sees Jordan drinking a sugary orange soda — a big no-no if you want to lose weight. I even know that!

Peter tells Jordan she shouldn't be drinking it and Jordan has a meltdown and mini-hissy fit, dragging her mom into it, who clearly doesn't like the show or even want to be on camera because she has her face blurred out.

Janice tries to patch things up, but I am thinking this girl is way too much drama and not worth it to keep in the agency anyway! Janice hates most of the pictures but she singles out Brian, Kate (her fave models a few weeks ago), Desiree, Andrew and Lakisa. She thinks their posing is weak so she takes them to the zoo to pose like animals, and if that doesn't work at least all of the viewers at home can get a good laugh out of it — I did.

Back at the office, Janice has a "butt camp" to help the girls who bodies need a bit of work to get them in shape. Where can I take this class, by the way? It looked awesome! And Janice apologizes to Stina for being so hard on her lately, and tells her she only does it out of love — awwww …. now onto more drama!

The problem with Jordana and now her mother has boiled over and Janice calls her into her office to tell her she doesn't want her in the agency anymore. Jordan tries to act like she doesn't care and gives Janice attitude, but you can see right through it. Jordan goes onto to say that she never even got any money and that she has a higher IQ anyway. Like a pro, Janice handles it like Janice and tells her the "relationship is over." Well done Janice. Jordan was annoying!

The real drama came during the Linea Pelle shoot. Donna was dropping some major hatred on Fargo and really giving her a tough time. It was sad and very mean. What was puzzling was that Donna was giving Fargo and hard time mostly when she was posing with TJ. Hmmm, very interesting to me.

Janice gets interested and decides to snoop around a bit to see what's going on with TJ and his employer, Donna, and she sneaks and finds them kissing! Oh my god. So unprofessional with the client. And of course, it is to be continued!

I hate that. Until next week, we will all ponder what happens and Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
