Jaime Pressly's Mug Shot Released

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Jaime Pressly's mug shot from her Wednesday arrest has been released.

The actress, who starred on the popular sitcom "My Name is Earl," was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in Santa Monica, Calif.

Lt. Darrell Lowe of the Santa Monica police said Pressly was stopped for a traffic violation at about 11 p.m. that night and booked on suspicion of DUI.

Lowe says no traffic collision was involved.

The 33-year-old actress-model spent the night in jail and was released Thursday morning after posting $15,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles County sheriff's website.
