Jaime Pressly Reportedly Facing DUI Charges

(NEW YORK (CBS) "My Name *Is Earl" star Jaime Pressly has reportedly been arrested in Santa Monica on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

According to a report on TMZ.com, Pressly, 33, was booked late Wednesday after being pulled over for a traffic violation.

She was taken to a Santa Monica jail after being given a field sobriety test, the website reported.

The blonde Emmy-winner is a spokesperson for AXE Shower Gel and has appeared in numerous music videos including those for Aerosmith and Marilyn Manson.

Married to entertainment lawyer Simon Singh, she has a three-year-old son from her previous marriage to DJ Eric Calvo .
