Jaime Pressly Formally Charged With DUI
NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Jaime Pressly has been formally charged with driving under the influence.
The "My Name is Earl" actress is facing two misdemeanor charges stemming from her arrestlast month on suspicion of DUI.

Deputy City Attorney Melanie Skehar says Pressly was charged Tuesday morning with driving under the influence and having a blood alcohol content of .20 or higher.
The 33-year-old was arrested on Jan. 5 after police in Santa Monica, Calif., say she was stopped for a traffic violation. She was released after posting $15,000 bail. Her arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 7.
The news of the charges comes a little over a week after she filed for divorce from lawyer Simran Singh, her husband of just over a year.
Pressly cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and listed Dec. 27 as the date of separation. She is also seeking to deny Singh any spousal support.
The couple had no children. Pressly has a 3-year-old son, Dezi, from a previous relationship.
