Jacque Waller Update: Remains found of missing Mo. woman allegedly killed by husband, prosecutor says

(CBS) CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. - The remains of Jacque Waller, a missing Jackson, Mo. woman who was allegedly killed by her estranged husband in 2011, have been found in Cape Girardeau, Mo., according to the county prosecuting attorney, CBS affiliate KMOV reports.

Waller disappeared on June 1, 2011 after reportedly meeting with her husband, Clay Waller, to finalize divorce plans, the station says.

Clay Waller is accused of killing the 39-year-old and pleaded not guilty to the charges in August 2012. He is reportedly scheduled to go on trial in the fall.

He is currently serving time in a federal prison for threatening Jacque Waller's sister over the Internet, according to KMOV.

Jacque Waller's body was reportedly found Wednesday. Details on the discovery of her body were not immediately made available.

Clay and Jacque Waller had triplets who are now living with Jacque Waller's sister.
