Jack Black headed for the Oscars stage

"School of Rock," "High Fidelity" and now the Oscars stage --- multi-talented Jack Black is set to perform at the Academy Awards on Feb. 22.

There's no word on what exactly Black will do but producers say he will appear in a "very special sequence."

The Oscars will also see a performance by country star Tim McCraw who will sing the the nominated song "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" by Glen Campbell.

Other performers include Common and John Legend, as well as Adam Levine. Presenters have started to be announced, too: last year's acting winners Cate Blanchett, Jared Leto, Matthew McConaughey and Lupita Nyong'o.

The Oscars, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, will air on Feb. 22 live on ABC.
