Install Your Favorite Freeware Automatically

Every time I set up a new PC (either for myself or someone else), I download and install the same freeware goodies: Firefox, Microsoft Security Essentials, Revo Uninstaller, and so on. It's a slow, tedious process.

Not anymore. The aptly named FreeApps downloads and installs freeware favorites while you wait. Just choose the programs you want from 17 major categories, then click Get Installer. It doesn't get much easier than that!

If this sounds familiar, it's because FreeApps works much like Ninite and ZeuAPP. However, unlike the latter, FreeApps queues up and installs multiple apps at a time, not just one. And FreeApps offers a slightly larger selection than Ninite, including such lesser-known gems as HiJack This and CPU-Z.

Bottom line: if you want to install a big batch of freeware in one fell swoop, FreeApps does the job. It's really convenient and a major time-saver.
