-- PointRoll: Kenneth R. Graffeo joins the Gannett (NYSE: GCI) subsidiary as COO. Graffeo will oversee all marketing and communications and be responsible for overall growth strategy and strategic marketing. He most recently was EVP of HD strategic marketing at Universal Studios and was co-president of the North American and European HD-DVD promotion group. Release.

-- Bebo: Just four months after she joined video sharer Dailymotion as its first UK MD, Kate Burns is joining Bebo on August 4 in a new position as European VP and MD. That's to fill some of the gaps created by Bebo president Joanna Shields' promotion to president of AOL's People Networks, the new division created by its March acquisition and which will see her spend more time in New York. -- Career Sports & Entertainment: Mark Lazarus is joining the agency as its president of media and marketing. Lazarus most recently was president of Turner Entertainment Group, where he led the acquisition of major off-network entertainment programming and negotiating internet rights to NASCAR.com, PGATOUR.com and PGA.com. -- Harpo: Radio industry vet Eric Logan joins Oprah's production company as in the new post of EVP, effective mid-August. He will oversee several divisions, including the radio, print and retail units, manage talent relations efforts and lead digital and mobile initiatives. Logan joins from XM Satellite Radio (NSDQ: XMSR), where he served as EVP-programming and broadcast operations. Release.
