Industry Moves: MySpace Music; iCongo; Travel Ad Network; Bain & Co.

MySpace Music: The company has made three additions to senior management: Jamie Kantrowitz is now SVP-strategy and global marketing, Alex Maghen will serve as chief technology officer, and Nancy Taylor joins as lead counsel, VP-business and legal affairs. Kantrowitz, who was previously SVP-international marketing and content for MySpace, will now lead the music community's expansion. Maghen comes from Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) Music, where he most recently was CTO; he'll now lead all tech and platform initiatives for MySpace Music. Taylor joins from her post as SVP of Warner/Chappell Music.

iCongo: Finance vet Randolph "Randy" Chambers" is joining the e-commerce provider as its CFO. Aside from overseeing the company's financial and administration functions, Chambers will also lead financial reporting and the teams responsible for accounting and HR. Previously, he was senior director of finance at Oracle Corp.

Travel Ad Network: Dana Hayes is the new chief revenue officer, where he will oversee all revenue-related activities including sales and advertiser partnerships. Most recently, he was SVP-interactive sales at Tribune Interactive.

Bain & Company: Patrick Bhar has been appointed partner and head of the firm's EMEA Media & Entertainment Practice, responsible for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With over 15 years of experience in media and entertainment, he previously held a VP position at Booz & Co. and was managing partner of its Paris office.
