Industry Moves: Head Of About Health Leaves For Waterfront Media

The company is creating a position for herthe titles are the same, I'm toldSVP-GMbut the situations are different. Waterfront Media, which just this week announced Doug McCormick as its new chairman of the board, may be thinking IPO. Owned by The New York Times Co. (NYSE: NYT), About.com, meanwhile, has yet to hire a CEO to succeed Scott Meyer and may not replace Martin.
