Fitness blog 60 In 3 offers loads of tips for keeping healthy while traveling on business. For example, here's one thing to keep in mind while at the hotel:

Get some sleep Resist the urge to stay up all night working. You're not being productive, you're being destructive. You'll be sleepy and tired the next day, preventing you from doing actual work. Get your work done on the plane if you can and hold off those emails for later. You need a solid 8 hours of sleep a day for both your health and your productivity.
Any travel tips of your own to share? Personally, I make sure to pack a few apples before I get on a flight. There's no healthier (or more filling) snack, and it helps keep me from indulging in, say, a pile of Snickers. It's also a great snack to have in the hotel instead of calling down for room service.
