How Baltimore survived Hurricane Irene

(CBS) - One young Baltimorean knows the best way to survive a storm is to be three sheets to the wind.

The aftermath of Hurricane Irene continues to unfold, with 400,000 homes without power and one death in Maryland alone, according to CBS affiliate WJZ. But nothing lifts spirits like some spirits. Or, as our reporter on the scene put it, "The streets are empty and the bars are full."
