"Housewives" Jesse Metcalfe Enters Rehab
Another celebrity has passed through the revolving door of rehab.
Actor Jesse Metcalfe, who played Eva Longoria's fling on "Desperate Housewives," checked himself in to an undisclosed rehab center for alcohol abuse this week, a rep for the star confirmed to the New York Post.
The newspaper recently reported that Metcalfe engaged in a weekend-long drinking binge at L.A.'s Mondrian hotel, where sources said he looked like he hadn't slept in days and was acting "very angry" and "out of control."
The star's rep issued the following statement to the newspaper: "On Monday, March 19, Jesse Metcalfe entered a rehab facility to deal with alcohol issues. He realized he had a problem and was anxious to deal with it immediately. The actor, best known as the hunky gardener on the ABC show 'Desperate Housewives' and the star of the film 'John Tucker Must Die,' hopes that the media will allow him the privacy to deal properly with his treatment."High-Profile Healing link >
