Horse-drawn cart crashes into mailbox; someone was drunk, say Pa. police
(CBS/AP) MERCER, Pa - Four western Pennsylvania teens got in trouble with state police Sunday night after they allegedly damaged a mailbox while driving drunk - in a horse-drawn cart, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
Some of the suspects apparently are Amish, according to the newspaper.
According to a state police report, the four - ages 17 to 19 - damaged property during a drunken jaunt along a road in Mercer County.
Police discovered the group when their cart became disabled.
Just to be clear - the teens were allegedly drunk, not the horse.
