The former "Hills" star, who underwent an extreme makeover last year, tells Life & Style that she is "desperate to go back to normal."

Just a week after the untimely death of her plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan, Montag told the magazine that she regrets her G-cup breast augmentation, which made up just one of the ten plastic surgery procedures Dr. Ryan famously performed in one day last November.

"I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D," she said.

In addition to the physical pain that Montag says she is still enduring, the 23-year-old reality star says she is unable to hug her four dogs and is restricted to wearing only custom-made clothing.

"I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs," Montag says. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life."

Montag is reportedly shopping around for a new plastic surgeon in South America in hopes to reestablish her former look, but is concerned that "there is no fixing it."
