(CBS) PHOENIX - Police found a 39-year-old man, handcuffed and with a bag over his head, in the bed of a pickup truck Monday night, according to CBS affiliate KPHO.

Reports say a resident of a mobile home called police to report the situation. Officials showed up at the location and found the truck just as it was leaving the trailer park. A 29-year-old man in the passenger seat was reportedly captured immediately.

Another man, a 20-year-old who was driving the vehicle, allegedly jumped out attempting to run away but was quickly caught.

According to KPHO, Lt Greg Berghorst found the victim with a bag over his head and handcuffed, and also found two riffles and two shotguns that had been reported stolen on Sunday.

The victim only spoke Spanish and said through an interpreter that he didn't know who his abductors were. He said the two men approached him from behind, put the bag over his head and pushed him inside the truck, KPHO reported.

The driver of the vehicle could face kidnapping charges while charges for the passenger are pending, the station said.
