NEW YORK (CBS) If you watched the news this morning, chances are you saw Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian - as Halloween costumes, that is.

The anchors on CBS' "The Early Show" and NBC's "Today Show" got into the holiday spirit on Friday, dressing up during the broadcasts.

"Early Show" co-anchor Harry Smith donned "Glee" character Sue Sylvester's red track suit, while co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez walked the red carpet as Kim Kardashian. News anchor Erica Hill channeled Lady Gaga and her infamous meat dress.

On "Today," Meredith Viera also appeared as Lady Gaga, but dressed in replica of the space-age geometric dress she wore to this year's Grammy Awards. Al Roker dressed up as Superman, Natalie Morales was Justin Bieber (complete with his famous hair), and Anne Curry was Amelia Earheart.

Over on ABC, the ladies of "The View" also got into character. Whoopi Goldberg dressed up as a '60s go-go dancer, Joy Behar was Little Orphan Annie, Barbara Walters channeled Rita Hayworth and Elisabeth Hasselbeck was Alexis Carrington from "Dallas."

"Live with Regis and Kelly" also got into the Halloween spirit - in one of the show's many costume changes, hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa dressed up as Elmo and Katy Perry, spoofing the singer's appearance on "Sesame Street" that was pulled from the air.

Of course, it wouldn't be Halloween without some Snooki impersonators. Joan Rivers channeled the "Jersey Shore" star on "Fashion Police"...while Snooki appeared on the show.

Ellen Degenes got a little more specific with her costume on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" - she dressed up as Snooki's infamous hair.
