And the ingredients for this concoction -- including varieties of Moon Juice moon dust, sold in Goop's online store, of course -- can set consumers back about $220.

"Gwyneth drinks one of these every morning, whether or not she's detoxing," reads the blog post. "Choose your Moon Juice moon dust depending on what the day ahead holds -- brain before a long day at the office, sex dust before a date."

But despite earlier misleading headlines suggesting Paltrow was advising Goop readers indulge in a $220-a-day smoothie habit, the actual cost of each drink breaks down to about $10, given the small measurements of the pricey ingredients the recipe calls for, as determined by Vanity Fair.
