Guy Ritchie and Jacqui Ainsely expecting first child

(CBS) Guy Richie is going to become a dad again.

The director and his girlfriend, model Jacqui Ainsely, 29, are expecting their first child together.

His rep confirmed the news to People magazine on Monday.

The new arrival will be Richie's third child. The 42-year-old also has two sons with ex-wife Madonna - Rocco, 10, was born in August 2000, and David, 5, was adopted by the couple from Malawi in 2006. They divorced in October 2008.

Richie is currently working on the "Sherlock Holmes" sequel, starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law.
