Golden Globe Awards 2015 hottest fashion looks and trends

Lots of color and sparkle -- along with black and white hues -- took over the red carpet Sunday night at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards.

Newlywed Amal Clooney made her red carpet debut, looking stunning in Dior alongside husband George Clooney.

Jennifer Aniston also opted for a black gown -- with sequins. "Boyhood" star Patricia Arquette was also seen in black, wearing a one-shoulder gown.

"Gone Girl" star Rosamund Pike wore a white Vera Wang gown featuring cut-outs. Julia Louis-Dreyfus donned white, too.

Jennifer Lopez went with a low-cut sparkly dress with a high slit -- made by Zuhair Murad. Julianne Moore -- in Givenchy -- looked beautiful in her silver and black Givenchy gown.

Bright colors were everywhere on the red carpet, too, with Helen Mirren rocking a siren red gown, and "Girls" star Allison Williams sporting a red hue. "How to Get Away with Murder" actress Viola Davis looked beautiful in red, too, donning a Donna Karan Atelier strapless deep pleated red silk gazar gown with sequins. Also in red? Allison Janney of "Mom" and "Girls" star Lena Dunham.

Naomi Watts, meanwhile, donned an eye-catching Gucci yellow silk strapless column dress.

Amy Adams, who wore a periwinkle Versace dress, said, "It's so much fun getting dressed up."

"Annie" star Quvenzhane Wallis looked age-appropriate in her purple and white Armani dress.
