Get Your Stuff Back with StuffBak

stuffbak.jpgProblem: Your cell phone, iPod, BlackBerry, digital camera, or whatever gets lost. Even if some honest person finds it and wants to return it, how is he/she supposed to find you? (Does your camera have a good place to write your name and phone number? Mine doesn't.)

Solution: StuffBak. The service sells inexpensive, coded tags in a variety of shapes and sizes. Slap them on your electronics, luggage, or even your keychain. If someone finds your lost item, all they have to do is call the toll-free number on the tag or visit the company's Web site. The service takes care of getting the item returned to you, usually for a nominal fee. There's even a reward mentioned on the tags, incentive for the finder to do the right thing. StuffBak's reward is free tags; it's up to you if you want to offer cash on top of that.

StuffBak is by no means the only service of its kind; others include Codetag, IDstrip, and Ownertag. Whatever service you choose, it's an easy and affordable way to help lost stuff find its way back to you. Definitely a must-have for road warriors.
