Garner Almost Loses Diamond Ring

Jennifer Garner has revealed a secret that she'd been keeping from husband Ben Affleck. She nearly lost a diamond ring he gave her after the birth of their one-year-old daughter, Violet.

The 34-year-old Charleston, W.Va., native talked about the mishap Wednesday on "Live With Regis and Kelly." She says the ring fell off while she was primping for the premiere of her new movie, "Catch and Release."

Garner says the ring fell into a drain under an ice maker at the couple's house. A plumber dismantled the drain and found the ring.

"Catch and Release" opens Friday.
