Yesterday we reported that GateHouse Media filed suit against The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT) for copyright infringement. GateHouse claims that NYTCo's Boston Globe violated copyright laws when it lifted headlines and ledes from GateHouse's publicationseven though The Boston Globe cited and linked back to the GateHouse pubs.
