Making the switch from an older version of Outlook and looking for some free training on how to use the new mail client? Look no further: Microsoft has published a handful of short training videos on how to use Outlook 2010.

Head over to the Office Web site for a half-dozen training courses on using Outlook 2010. Each course features a video and has a clear set of objectives, so you won't waste time clicking on a course that doesn't interest you.

Courses include:

Making the switch to Outlook 2010
Organizing messages by conversation
Using the Outlook Calendar
Using e-mail signatures
Using electronic business cards

There are also training materials in PowerPoint format, so you can download them and roll out training across your team as well. Of course, it's all free, and a great primer if you're getting ready to make the switch.
