Five accused in Seath Tyler Jackson death indicted on first-degree murder charges

(CBS) - Five people accused in the brutal April 13 murder of 15-year-old Seath Tyler Jackson, were reportedly indicted Wednesday on first-degree murder charges by a Florida grand jury.

The five are accused of luring the Seath to a house in Summerfield, about 60 miles north of Orlando, then beating and shooting the boy and burning the remains in an attempt to cover it up.

Those indicted were: Michael Bargo, 18; Justin Soto, 20; Charlie Kay Ely, 18; Amber E. Wright, 15; Kyle Hooper, 16.

Bargo, who is alleged to have been the mastermind, was indicted for premeditated first-degree murder with a firearm, according to Ocala.com. The rest were indicted for first-degree premeditated murder.

The site reports that Hooper and Wright were indicted as adults.

James Havens III, 37, has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.
