If you're more worried about what to wear to the gym than the workout itself, "The Early Show" has some flattering fitness fashions for you -- no matter your shape.
Meaghan Murphy, fitness director for SELF magazine, presented looks that will fit and hide your problem areas, from that muffin top around your waist to your large bust.
Murphy says that by wearing more flattering gym clothing that actual fit one's body type women will be more inclined to get to the gym and work hard to achieve their goals.
"You want clothes that hug your curves but don't constrict," she said. "You want to be able to breathe and move comfortably. A T-shirt and sweats are fine for doing yard work, but not for hitting the gym."
Murphy recommends looking for sweat-wicking performance fabrics with a flattering fit. Fabric choice, she says, is key.
"Look for performance fabrics with a hint of stretch that hugs your curves without constricting and pull moisture away from the skin, so you're not drowning in a pool of sweat," she said. "Baggy cotton bunches and causes chaffing and blisters."
Murphy addressed many common issues women have with these looks:
LOOK #1 Hide: Hips, lower half and belly/muffin top
A smaller bust can be accentuated with a slight v-neck. The lines (stitching) along the front give an illusion that slims (top and pants). The waistband is wider so it flattens the tummy.
Top: Fila V-neck Tank -- $40
An inside bra, has wide V-neck binding and forward side seams.
Bottom: Nike "Be Bold" Slim Fit Training Pants -- $60
With a straight leg for a streamlined fit, the Nike Dri-FIT Be Bold polyester women's training pants keep you on the move in total comfort. Wider waistband with drawcord distributes pressure for a flat, smooth look. Triangular-shaped gusset for increased comfort and wider range of motion. Low-rise fit falls 3" below natural waistline. Contrast piping at side seams. Flat-seam construction helps reduce irritation caused by chaffing. Dri-FIT fabric to wick sweat away and help keep you dry and comfortable.
Shoes: Reebok Easytones Sneakers
LOOK #2 Hide: Large Bust
One of the things with a large cup size is to divide and conquer. You want to keep breasts separate. Built into this bra are individual molded cups. If you have a larger bust, the flirty skirt and dark color of the outfit take attention away from the upper body.
Top: Champion Shape T-Back Sports Bra -- $20
Gives larger busts great support. And does it all without squeezing or flattening, thanks to breathable space/air design. Fully constructed inner bra subtly enhances your curves, for a natural, shapely look. Full lining and bottom band wick moisture for cooling comfort. Soft, durable fabric stretches for flawless fit. Stay-put racer-back straps add support and allow free movement.
Nike Dri-Fit Tank Top-$30
Great for the athlete seeking a dynamic fit, the Nike Pro Ultimate Women's Tank Top is strategically designed to enhance comfort and performance. Nike Dri-FIT fabric to wick away sweat and help keep you dry and comfortable. Feminine V-neckline. Contrasting tipping at neck and jock tag at lower left hem.

LOOK#3 Hide: Arms
So many women are sensitive about their arms and there is nothing wrong with covering your arms with a jacket at the gym. A lightweight jacket can cover your arms, and the moisture wicking fabric will help keep you cooler. The longer top helps if you are a little sensitive about your waist and bottom. It makes you look longer and taller. Boot cut pants help slim the legs.
Top: Atlheta Half-Zip Jacket -- $40
Reebok "Play Dry" On The Move Double Layer Tank -- $30.00
This longer-length top won't ride up your waist no matter what exercise you're doing. Easily mixed and matched. Perfect for working out or hanging out. Play Dry fabrication to keep you cooler and dryer.
Bottom: Fila Supplex Pants-$60 (Comes in range of colors), fold over waist band, bootcut leg opening, copper colored reflective heat seal logo on the lower back.

LOOK #4 Hide: Thicker Thighs
The pants have a lot of detail, the yellow band that draws attention to the waist. Draw the eyes up with a pop of color! Just like this bright pink tank.
Top: Lululemon Pink Scoop Neck tank -- $52
Move freely in this open neckline tank. Made with four-way stretch nylon, hugs your body in all the right places with comfort. Semi-fitted, follows your curves but doesn't hug them too tight. Mesh racer back provides breathability. Wide strap is comfortable & doesn't dig into shoulders while practicing yoga. Mesh bra construction with built in pockets for removable cups.
Bottom: Lucy pant: Hatha Power Pant -- $88
This pant is all about performance, with the moisture management and compression of Lucy Powermax, anti-chafe flat-locked seams and a cool max gusset. Low-rise cut with a double-bind waistband and strategic, body-contouring seams flatter the body.
