Final trailer for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" is out

Sony has released what it says is the final trailer for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2."

Up until now, teasers have been coming out in dribs and drabs -- and the latest one really gives a sense of what to expect when the film hits theaters on May 2.

"You know what it is I love about being Spider-Man?" Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) asks at the start of the clip. "Everything."

"I made a choice, this is my path," he later says in the nearly 3-minute trailer. "I'm the only that can stop them. I'm Spider-Man."

Directed by Mark Webb, the superhero flick follows Peter Parker as the mysterious company Oscorp sends up a slew of super villains against him.

The film also stars Emma Stone (Garfield's real-life girlfriend), Jamie Foxx, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen, Paul Giamatti and Sally Field.
