Fergie Moves Out

The Duchess of York will move next month from the house she shares with her ex-husband and into a rented house nearby, a spokeswoman said Thursday.

The former Sarah Ferguson will live in Windlesham, Surrey, five miles from Prince Andrew's Sunninghill estate in southern England, the spokeswoman said on customary condition of anonymity.

The 42-year-old duchess, who was divorced six years ago from the second son of Queen Elizabeth II, had moved back into a wing of Sunninghill several years ago to save money when she was millions of dollars in debt.

The duchess has cleared her debts and decided to rent the four-bedroom house, her spokeswoman said.

Her daughters, Princess Beatrice, 13, and Princess Eugenie, 12, will keep their rooms at Sunninghill and stay with their father when the duchess is traveling on business. She represents Weight Watchers and Wedgwood china.
