Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Christine Campbell, "The New Adventures of Old Christine." Louis-Dreyfus plays Christine Campbell, a neurotic, divorced mother struggling to keep up with those around her.
Lea Michele as Rachel Berry, "Glee." Michele plays Rachel Berry, an over-dramatic, stardom-driven student who is one of the members of a high school glee club.
Toni Collette as Tara Gregson, "United States of Tara." Collette plays Tara Gregson, a suburban housewife who has multiple personalities.
Tiny Fey as Liz Lemon, "30 Rock." Fey plays Liz Lemon, the quirky and cynical head writer for a sketch comedy TV show.
