Ellen DeGeneres expresses her glee over "Finding Nemo" sequel -- over and over again
Ellen DeGeneres has been anything but quiet about her desire for a "Finding Nemo" sequel, and now that's she's finally gotten what she's wished for, she is exploding with glee -- while still poking fun at Pixar for taking its sweet time.
On Tuesday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," she ran through the many clips over the years where she mentioned that there was still no "Finding Nemo" sequel, but there were plenty of "Cars," "Toy Story," and "Shrek' follow-ups in the works. And DeGeneres was not bitter at all (that was sarcasm).
She concluded her montage with an important message to today's youth: "Kids, let that be a lesson to you. Anything is possible if you're patient and you beg hard enough on national television."
And it's not only DeGeneres that's pumped about "Finding Dory." One very dedicated husband-and-wife Pixar fan Twitter feed (Pixar Post @ThePixarPost) posted: "Since being announced yesterday at 12 pm ET, Finding Dory trended worldwide on Twitter nonstop for 15 hours, 15 minutes." People love their Nemo.
