Elizabeth Taylor remains hospitalized
(CBS/AP) LOS ANGELES - After more than three weeks in the hospital, Elizabeth Taylor remains there with no new developments in her condition, says a spokeswoman for her. Taylor is hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The 79-year-old actress has been in the hospital for treatment of congestive heart failure, a condition she disclosed in 2004.
Taylor celebrated her 79th birthday Sunday in the hospital, where she watched the Academy Awards. She won the Oscar for Best Actress twice, for "BUtterfield 8" and "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"
