(CBS/AP) AUSTIN - Elizabeth McClain, a Texas woman, is charged with stalking her ex-boyfriend and running his mother over with her car.

According to the Austin Police Department, McClain, 22, dated Ryan Boyd, 25, for about three years before ending their relationship in September. Boyd told police that McClain began harassing him after the breakup, even after he told her to leave him alone.

On Sept. 17, Boyd filed a police report after McClain began to call him about 20 to 100 times a day and threatened to make his life miserable, ABC affiliate KVUE says.

The Austin American Statesman reports that McClain called her ex-boyfriend 750 times in one day.

On Oct. 11, Boyd filed a second report claiming McClain was calling him from different numbers after attempts to block her from contacting him. McClain also allegedly told Boyd she was going to break into his house and drive her car through his living room to get his attention.

WVUE reported that Boyd filed a third police report on Nov. 11 after McClain sent him 126 text messages in a row. He also claims she drove by his house on several occasions. He told police that McClain threatened that something "bad" was going to happen to him and his family.

McClain also allegedly filled Boyd's gas tank with sugar around Nov. 15.

The arrest warrant states that McClain continued to harass and call Boyd every day up until Nov. 26 when Boyd received a text message from McClain asking whose broken down car was in front of his house. McClain threatened to mess with the car, belonging to his mother Lori's boyfriend, so Boyd asked his mother to call police.

KVUE says Lori was outside waiting for police to arrive when McClain drove into the driveway. Lori told McClain to leave and as she walked behind the car to get the license plate number, McClain allegedly put the car in reverse and ran over Lori before fleeing the scene.

Lori suffered broken bones and had the skin scraped off the right side of her body.

McClain is charged with third degree felony stalking and her bond is set at $15,000. Authorities ordered her to stay 200 yards away from Boyd and she must now wear a GPS monitor under a curfew, KVUE reports.
