Edit PDFs in Word with Free PDF to Word Converter (Windows)
Last week we told you about PDF Hammer, which lets you reorder PDF pages, join multiple documents, and more using a simple Web service. But what if you want to actually edit the innards of a PDF, to make changes or additions to the content? For that, look to Free PDF to Word Converter.
True to its name, this utility converts PDF documents into Word files, with or without the original formatting and extra contents (like graphics). The only thing it doesn't do is turn the edited Word file back into a PDF again when you're done. Of course, there are countless ways to accomplish that; check our post on easy ways to create your own PDFs for details.
Free PDF to Word Converter requires Windows. It's free, of course, though you do have to obtain a registration code after converting a certain number of documents. [via AppScout]
