(CBS) The news of Eddie Murphy's death has been greatly exaggerated. He's not dead. Neither is Adam Sandler, Aretha Franklin or Charlie Sheen - all victims of Internet celebrity death hoaxes.

We are happy to report that these stars are alive and well and most of them are having a rather active afterlife.
