Drake calls out Meek Mill in concert: "He's dead already"

Drake's keeping the beef alive.

The rapper was onstage at the Landmark Music Festival in Washington D.C. on Saturday when the crowd started chanting "F*** Meek Mill!"

Drake's response? "Don't worry, he's dead already."

The reference to the rappers' feud -- which dates back to July when Mill made claims on Twitter that Drake "don't write his own raps" -- comes just days after the 28-year-old opened up about his beef with Nicki Minaj's boyfriend in Paper.

"I didn't get it," the rapper, real name Aubrey Graham, told the magazine. "I didn't get how there was no strategy on the opposite end. I just didn't understand. I didn't understand it because that's just not how we operate."

"This is a discussion about music, and no one's putting forth any music?" he added, criticizing Meek Mill's feud strategy somewhat hyperbolically, as each rapper has referenced the feud in diss tracks released this summer. "Nobody told you that this was a bad idea, to engage in this and not have something?"

Meanwhile, Drake's been releasing music at an impressive clip, from dropping his full-length mixtape "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" in February, to his joint mixtape with Future, "What a Time to Be Alive," which came out last week.
