Downey Downer: No Time Off

Malibu municipal mourt judge Lawrence Mira has rejected a defense motion to re-sentence actor Robert Downey, Jr. to a county-run drug rehabilitation facility.

CBS News Correspondent David Dow reports the Oscar-winning actor was sentenced in August to three years in state prison, after he admitted violating his probation for a third time by failing to submit to a court-ordered drug test.

Downey was not in court. He's currently in Corcoran State Prison in central California.
