Denise Richards Gets Real For E!
Between her high-profile divorce from Charlie Sheen and love affair with rocker Richie Sambora, actress Denise Richards has had plenty of drama in her off-screen life.
Now Richards is planning to open up her topsy-turvy world to the cameras in a new unscripted series for E! Entertainment Television.
"The show will give viewers an inside look at what it's like for Denise to go through these ups and downs while always in the public eye," said Lisa Berger, Executive Vice President, original Programming and Series Development for E!
Richards will be shown trying to balance her life as an actress and tabloid favorite with being a single mom in Hollywood.
"The Untitled Denise Richards Show" will be produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions, the company responsible for the hit series "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." Seacrest and Richards will executive produce the show.

The last several years of Richards' life reads like a telenovela.
The actress married Sheen in June 2002 and co-starred in "Scary Movie 3." The marriage was Sheen's second and Richards' first.
The couple met while shooting the independent film "Good Advice" in 2000 and began dating after Richards guest-starred on Sheen's former series "Spin City."
They filed for divorce in March 2005 while Richards was six months pregnant with their second child.
In 2006, Richards began dating Richie Sambora, estranged husband of her friend actress Heather Locklear. Richards said in a June 2006 interview with "Entertainment Tonight" that she and Sambora did not begin dating until he and Locklear had filed for divorce, but that she and Locklear's friendship was no longer "salvageable."
Richards and Sambora called it quits in early 2007.
