Day 39: President Obama's Schedule

Today, on the thirty-ninth day of his presidency, President Obama heads to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. He will deliver remarks on his new plan for Iraq which is expected to call for all "combat" troops to withdraw by August 31, 2010.
