Daniel Baldwin's wife due in Oregon court

(CBS/AP) - The wife of actor Daniel Baldwin is due to appear in Lake Oswego, Ore., municipal court Wednesday afternoon on a probation violation hearing.

Joanne Baldwin, who has been held in the Clackamas County Jail, has been charged with violating her parole on a drunken driving conviction.

The 41-year-old surrendered last Wednesday on a charge that she violated a condition of her probation by consuming alcohol, a spokeswoman for the Lake Oswego Police Department tells E! Online.

Her arrest came a day after Daniel Baldwinfiled for divorce and filed a restraining order against her, claiming she punched him and threatened him with a knife in front of the couple's two children.

The two were married in 2007.
