Dancing With The Stars
So I officially hate technology tonight. I was flying back from Pennsylvania and my flight was delayed, so I got to my apartment late only to find out that my TiVo decided to tape "Prison Break" (my fave show) and "Deal or No Deal" instead of "DWTS"!
This has only happened one other time and that's when the power went out, so I apologize to my blog readers. How about a second chance for me, please?
Either way, I did some digging and this is what I can tell you happened on the show — and I promptly scolded my TiVo and grounded him from watching "Girls Next Door" (he loves that show) so all is resolved and this "incident" won't happen again.
A whole new batch of "celebs" are up to dance their butts off on the show. You know they are all hoping to get paired up with two-time champion Cheryl Burke. Who is her lucky partner this time? Well it's none other than "90210" star Ian Ziering (who used to be married to Playmate Nikki Ziering.)
Here is how the rest of the cast stacks up:
Whew, what a list!
From what I gathered from my sources, people seemed to like Joey Fatone (all that boy band stuff really pays off), Laila, John and Apolo. I think its looks at first glance that Shandi and Heather may be in trouble.
Heather has got the worst odds, in my opinion, coming into this because she has had some bad publicity and she is divorcing someone who the public LOVES. That is a hard thing to overcome with an American audience. Hopefully people will let her stick around for a few weeks, though, so we can see her real personality and not just what is written in the tabloids.
It seems to be a man's race for the finish so far, but it's only the first episode and you never know what can happen. I personally think this cast is going to be real interesting and I haven't even seen it yet. I have never been a huge fan of the show but I think I may be sold this year.
Until next episode — and I promise I will be glued to the TV.
