Criticize Your Co-Workers Nicely with NiceCritic

Ever wish the guy in the next cubicle would shower more often (or, like, ever)? Tired of Chatty Cathy always hanging around when you're trying to work? NiceCritic.com lets you send helpful messages anonymously, this getting your complaint across without any awkward confrontation.

First, you pick a category: Personal Hygiene, Appearance, Office Behavior, etc. Next, you pick a message from within that category. And finally, you supply the person's name and e-mail address. Presto! Your criticism gets delivered, the person adjusts his or her behavior, and all is right with the world.

Well, that's the theory, anyway. Anyone on the receiving end of a NiceCritic missive will likely experience some hurt feelings. On the other hand, if you're driving your coworkers nuts, wouldn't you want to know about it? And wouldn't you prefer an anonymous note to an embarrassing face-to-face intervention? I sure would.
