Cops Eye Slain Ex-Playboy Model's Guy

A former Playboy model was found brutally murdered in North Miami last Sunday night. Now, police have named her boyfriend a person of interest in the case.

The model, 26-year-old Paula Sladewski, and her boyfriend, Kevin Klym, were celebrating New Year's in Florida when they visited a North Miami club on Saturday night. CBS News correspondent Michelle Gielan said during the evening, the two reportedly fought, then separated.

Then Sunday night at 9 p.m. Sladewski's body was found, burned beyond recognition in a dumpster.

Kelly Farris, Sladewski's sister said, "We can't even give her an open casket. We can't even see her again."

Sladewski appeared in a 2003 Playboy video, and reportedly worked as an exotic dancer and model.

Farris said, "She was full of life. She was beautiful. She cared about everybody."

Sladewski and Klym shared a home about 40 miles East of Los Angeles. Neighbor Andrew Lee says he saw no signs of trouble.

Lee told CBS News, "Very quiet. Just her and her boyfriend."

But Sladewski's family says the two had a volatile relationship, telling reporters that Klym recently broke her nose, and that there had been other charges of domestic violence.

So far, however, there have been no arrests in the case.
